Au Pair qualify for Florida Resident Ticket???

Would an au pair living for the year in Florida qualify for Florida resident tickets (bought at the same time as the families tickets?). I assume we'd have a bank statement with the Florida address on it but nothing else. I don't see any reason why she wouldn't qualify based on a strict reading of what is required but wondering if anyone has had any problems.

A current bank statement wit her name and a Florida address will qualify her for the Fl resident rate.

To add--she does qualify. The issue is her having proof.
