Attractions suggestions

Hi everyone,

First time planning a trip to Disney in May, I have to make my fp+ selection on March 18th and I want to know which attractions should we do? Is there a web site where I can see all of them and see videos? I am using touring plans but I don't even know where to start. We have a 6 and 8 years old. What are the must for each park? Those that we shouldn't miss, they are big enough and they will enjoy anything. I just don't know which ones are the best for each park. Also how many do I get to pick with FP+?
