Attractions/lands/restaurants with shortened hours?

We will be arriving 8/2 and I'm wondering what places currently open late/close early. We were last there in 2001 (after 9/11) and there were many, many places that were only open part of the day or were closed altogether. I haven't heard much lately about places being closed or having shorter hours. I know that Future World is closing early and that the Wonders of Life pavillion is closed entirely. But what about other places? Are all restaurants in the theme parks open until the park closes? Are CoP and The Timekeeper open all day? Do Adventureland in the MK and Asia in the AK still open an hour after the rest of the park?
Are all the vendor carts back in operation now? Is there any place I can get a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants (including counter service) that have shorter hours than the rest of the park in which they are located. Don't want a repeat of our last trip when we couldn't find anything to eat because everything closed hours before the rest of the park. TIA.

I won't try to answer all your questions, but I can help on Future World. While the "official" closing time is ususally 7:00pm the "big" attractions like Test Track, Mission: Space and Spaceship Earth continue until 9:00pm. This is not publicly advertised by Disney and I only know about it because of the wonderful info from these boards.
I also believe that you will have no problems finding restaurants opened until or close to park closing time.
Things have been returning back to more normal times since 2001.

It's a Small World- closed until March 18
Timekeeper- 9 am to 10 pm
Enchanted Tiki Room- Opens at 10am
Hall of Presidents- Opens at 10am
Country Bear Jamboree- Opens at 10am
Donald's Boat - closed from Until August 12.

Epcot
Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room – the pub portion closed until late July.
The Behind the Seeds Walking Tour of the greenhouses at The Land – Closed due to construction at the Land
The Wonders of Life pavilion – Seasonal and not open

Last December (first week) the Plaza pavillion in MK was closed early - we thought we would grab food to eat while waiting for Spectro. It also seems like I read that Tusker House at AK closes earlier than the park.
