Attractions Closed for MNSSHP?

Which attractions are closed during MNSSHP? I want to ensure we hit those before the party. From last year I remember the Jungle Cruise and Tiki Birds. Aside from food, what else is closed?

On the Dis website there is a copy of the Party Park map posted. It shows the attractions open & food places that are open. From what I can see, Carousel of Progress & Hall of Presidents aren't operating during the party. The characters houses in Toon Town aren't open either. Liberty Belle isn't listed either.
