Attractions and MNSSHP

I was hoping to hit Splash Mountain one last time before it closes for refurbishment. I have a Weekday Select pass. I considered going after work, but saw that Magic Kingdom closes at 7 PM today for a "Ticketed Event". A little Googlefu revealed it was MNSSHP (odd as it is still over 2 months until Halloween, but alas...)

If I was to make it there and be in line at 7 PM, would they close the attractions with people still in line. I assume that attractions are not operating after 7 PM as I saw no mention of rides on the MNSSHP page. I also did not see any FastPass+ times (for anything) after the 5:30-6:30 PM slot, which makes me wonder if they are closing everything at 6:30 PM.

I would just upgrade my pass, but that takes a visit to Guest Services which last time I hit it in the evening had a very long wait. I would buy a MNSSHP ticket (much easier as can be done online) if I could ride the rides, especially if I could make FastPass+ reservations.

Without a party ticket you must enter the ride line prior to 7 pm. Once in line they will allow you to ride but will need to immediately leave once off (some people have said they were escorted out but not everyone). After 7 pm you will not be allowed to enter any other ride lines/meet and greets/etc without a party bracelet. You will be directed back to the exit. If you choose to buy a party ticket (assuming it isn't sold out) you can stay until the party ends at midnight. Most of the rides will be open (a few are closed like carousel of progress, Tiki room, etc) and there are several special characters out to meet with a special parade and fireworks show. It is a great event. You can make FP between 4 and 6:30 but not beyond that time as there are no FP during the party

[EDIT] $82 even with my AP for a party ticket. I thought it was cheaper. Glad to hear I can ride if I'm there by 7 PM.

Hi! I have a couple of answers for you - most rides do operate during MNSSHP, but Splash does not. I'm not sure how they handle closing the ride down in light of the 7pm party start time. And FPs end at 6:30 on party nights. Hopefully someone else can fill in the gaps!
