Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how and when park tickets arrive when booked through Virgin Hols with the package?

In particular, my friend is staying on site at Disney but has just added Universal tickets to the booking. Are they vouchers or real tickets, and when do they arrive, with the other holiday tickets?

we normally got ours as vouchers with the airline tickets

Ours arrived with flight e-tickets, voucher to exchange there. The voucher was valid 60 days from printing date.

Thanks guys,

Is there a guest services window they would take these to on arrival then?

Any Ticket window at any of the parks or we prefer to exchange all vouchers at DTD on our 1st evening, there are 2 guest services there, we use one beween Team Mickeys and glass store. Never had to wait there. If onsite I am sure they can be sorted at check in but someone else will have to advise on that.

our disney tickets were put on our room key at check in so no need to visit guest services if staying onsite

For the Universal tickets, there is a pick-up booth at Universal or Islands of Adventure entrance which can exchange them. Tell your friends to allow a bit of extra time as sometimes there can be a bit of a queue.

Thanks for this, I was just about to clarify that it was the Universal process I was particularly interested in.

Thanks again all!

How did you get this done? :confused3-I've stayed on site twice and bought the tickets through Virgin-full 14 day ultimate passes and still had to go to GR to get the tickets themselves-its a nuisance *** they're the flimsy little card ones, it would be much better to have them on the room key like the first time I went

When you check-in, just tell them before they print out your room key cards that you have park tickets and could they load them on to the room key cards. In return, you give them your tickets or vouchers.
