What is the most you have ever ridden the same ride or saw the same show in one day? This one guy claims to have ridden ToT 63 times in one visit to MGM. Can anyone beat that?

Ali

I don' think I could physically beat it-- I feel spent after 1 time on TOT. I just can't handle the adrenaline rush mixed w/ sheer terror. I keep saying every trip I'm not doing it next trip, DS doesn't believe me!

Did ride Thunder Mountain 7 times in a row without getting off on a E-Night.::yes:: :wave2:

One day I watched Impressions de France three times! It was really hot outside. Now beat that! ;)

Probably the woman who rode Indy Speedway 5000 times in her lifetime. When she completed her 5000th time, they had a nice ceremony for her and presented her with a plaque.

My best is really not all that great...LOL
I rode Mission: Space 3 times in a row last Oct, just kept getting off and going back into the singles line.

I rode Tower of Terror 11 times in a row with my wife a few years ago. It was in mid-September and there were no lines. If we were there more often I could have done it 50 more times. I can't imagine being sick of the ride, though the video in the library gets a little annoying after the third time. We also did Spiderman 8 times in a row on that same trip.

It's probably possible to ride the TTA every minute the park is open.

Yep my friends and i rode TTA like 8 times when we were there on Easter Sunday. Nice way to get out of the crowds and away from the rain! :D

I don't have any overly amazing feats in attraction re-riding, but...

In mid-September of 2001, I went to Islands of Adventure around noon to find it nearly empty. I rode the Hulk 10 times (even when no one was waiting, they wouldn't let me stay on - had to keep walking around, otherwise I might have tried to ride it more.)

On it's final day (9/28/02) I watched all four Hunchback of Notre Dame shows - didn't leave the theater between shows 3 and 4.

One night last May I went to MGM around 6 p.m. and rode the ToT 9 times in 3 hours. Wow, was that fun! :teeth:

DH & I always try to ride Rockin' Roller Coaster as many times in a row as posible - before the lines are too bad. We made it to 5 times 2 yrs. ago.

How cool! I really miss this show! :( We have such fond memories of our visits that included it.

Rode Buzz and TTA 7 times in a row as a combo

Rode Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges at IOA 8 times in a row

Rode Space Mountain 5 times in a row before getting a touch dizzy

thanks

DH and I are MIB fanatics - can't say how many times we've ridden in one session but we use the single rider line, cut through the baby swop and often if we've been fast enough, gotten straight on the car we've just come off. We tend to count our number of times in hours - we can do 3 hour sessions without a break no problem - now all I need to do is work out how many times you can ride in an hour using the above method?!

We go low season, and never have to wait to get on.

Maths was never my strong point!

Len,

During RADP 2000, 2001, and 2002 there WERE a group of folks that rode TTA from park opening to park closing!!

Below is a post of the results from the 1st Ride-A-Thon!

The results of the TTA Ride-a-thon are now in and we are happy to announce
everyone's ride totals.
Three hearty souls (myself, Tiggerfan Jeff and my best bud Richie) approached
the TTA at 9:15 on the morning of Wednesday, December 13th and boarded car 25,
thus commencing what would be a day of fun and frivolity.
Throughout the day, 29 people joined the original three for a loop or two or
more around Tomorrowland. Jeff, Richie and I ended the day having ridden the
TTA FIFTY, count 'em FIFTY times. Everyone else's totals fell like this...
Kenny - 40
Brian - 37
Rob - 33
Kevin - 27
Shaun - 16
Tony - 11
Andrea - 10
Shauna - 10
Scott - 10
Paul - 9
Holly - 8
Sam - 8
Kim - 7
Donna - 7
Beth - 4
Jen - 4
Bonnie - 4
Tracy - 4
Mike - 3
Tom - 3
Wendy - 2
Carly - 2
Minda - 2
TTA CM Chris - 2
Chris R - 1
Chris S - 1
Judi - 1
Brian - 1

For those of you not mathematically inclined, that makes a total of 411 total
rides on the TTA for everyone (which we did, in fact, tabulate on a
whiteboard).
Y'know, I totally anticipated this to be a really boring thing. We even had
portable TVs and Palm Pilots to kill the time, but they were barely even
needed. We only used the TV once, and that was mainly to make the CMs at the
station laugh when they saw that we were watching the Simpsons on the TTA. So
many people dropped by and we had so much fun developing our own interactions
with the scenes you go through, we never got bored. Jeff said he would post the
interactions we did, so check that post out too.
All in all we had an absolute blast. Don't be surprised if we do something
similar in the future :-)

Carol, you're my kind of people. Let me know if you ever need a touring plan.

Len

Not this December, but maybe next December, I'm gonna try the Ultimate Magic Kingdom Touring Plan again.

Gotta lose a few pounds and get into better shape!
