Ah yes, Wilma was a dream afterwards.....it was so comfortable, so so rare after a hurricane. It gets quite warm, especially down here in the Miami/Broward/Palmbeach area.....Orlando, honestly, I'm not quite to sure, but it should be pretty summer like, so I would bring some fall clothes (you know, a light jacket and jeans) but also keep the summer clothes.
Snacks are very important, but remember
YOU CAN NOT HAVE LIQUIDS IN YOUR CARRYONS!!
Pack a
checked bag full of nonperishable items that don't need to be prepared, cereal bars, crackers, peanut butter, etc. etc. and some water in your checked bag. If anything, the water might be contaminated here. If you have young kids, I would try to bring a flashlight in case there is a brief period of no electricity....if your coming after though, the cheked food might not be so important, but I'd still bring the water, again, in case the water in the area is contaminated.
Other wise, don't be so worried. Disney, by now, should be pros at hurricane prep. with guest and such, just follow anything they say, and it'll all be okay
Stay Safe and have fun.
