I couldn't find how to email you directly so thought I'd try here!I signed up for tourguideMIKE on Monday but got charged twice.When I entered my first CC it said it was declined(not sure why as this card is almost empty!) so I entered the next one and it went through.Somehow the first one really went through also.I can't seem to find any way to contact the company so I thought maybe you knew a way.I just want one of them cancelled if possible.You can PM me if you want and I will give you any additional information needed!

I believe about a half-dozen people had glitches with the registration system, but they seem to be fixed now. Ah, the wonders of technology...
