Attention DVC members

Okay Spring is coming, how many of you are making your plans for your next DVC trip. Tell us your plans, where you are going, how many days, what hotel, and who are you bringing. We are planning to go in May. No hotel yet but we are planning at WDW coupled with either a VB or HH weekend.

We have made ressies for our first trip home as DVC members! We're staying in OKW,studio from 4/28-5/07,can't wait!!!My wifes B-day is the 30th of April so I was thinking of booking one of those fireworks cruises at Epcot.Whatever we end up doing will be great though.Hey,how can it not when you're in WDW!?!

We will be spending 4 nights/5 days at Vero next month in a Beach Cottage. We are bringing my in-laws and my sister-in-laws family with us.

We are also heading to WDW in late May as my husband is attending a conference. We are probably going to add 2-3 nights onto that trip at BW (if we can get in). That will be our first time staying at our home resort.

Can't wait for either one!

Going for an extended Memorial Day weekend with just my sister and niece. We're staying at PO since my sister loves that place.

Going with my best friend in August for two weeks. One week in a studio at BWV (my first trip home) and one week at AKL savannah view!

Hoping to check out the food festival in October during Columbus weekend.

Jean. If you don't mind me asking, are you staying at Vero on points or cash? You say your home resort is BWV, so I was just wondering, if you ARE staying on points in the Beach cottage, how far in advance you booked.

As far as us... we're staying the last week in April for 5 nights at OKW. Believe it or not, this will be the LONGEST trip we've made since buying in April, '97! I can't wait!

We are going to OKW 4/7 - 4/13. It will be Myself, wife and daughter. In July we are going to OKW 7/22 to 7/27. We are going to spend the weekend at AKL then return to OKW til 8/3. We are hoping to bring our oldest grandaughter with us in July.

My DVC plans are already complete for 2001.
I have a HH stay 4/29 - 5/6 and an OKW (home) stay on 12/6 - 12/15 to end the year.

We are going to BWV -- 3/1-3/4! This was a totally spur of the moment trip (we just booked it two weeks ago) -- it's our daughter's 9th birthday and we're keeping this a complete surprise. (It's killing me!) She doesn't suspect a thing since we were just there over Christmas. I can't wait to go back -- just 3 short weeks! DVC was one of the best decisions we ever made!

We'll be at Wilderness Lodge Villas for 4 nights starting May 6th. We were originally going to stay longer, but added on a cruise! This is my first Disney cruise so we're so excited. I can't wait!

Our first trip home is at the end of August. Home is BWV. Got a 2 BR standard view for 5 nights!

First DVC trip ever! May 6 - 12 BWV. We're hoping for BoardWalk view (1BR). We're all so excited, we're planning and planning and planning. (I've already got a grocery list ready! That's sad, isn't it?)

Going home for the first time as DVC members at the BWV May 20-25...yeah baby.We have a 1 BD SV and we have invited my folks to join us.

Then.... OCT 28 - Nov 4 at the BWV studio w/ SV. We're also going the last week in April. First 2 nights at the AKL (so excited about seeing the new resort), last 5 nights at BWV (partly with relatives, so we're starting with a 2BR then dropping to a 1BR).

This will be our first trip home, and I just love the flexibility of being able to bring relatives then switching when we don't need the space any longer.

Only 71 days left (or thereabouts)!

We'll be there May 6 for 5 nights in a BW 1BR, then for 4 more nights (after a weekend away) in a BW studio. Can't wait!!

hi to all: going back home to a 1br sv at bwv 5/1-5/7-me, dh, and 2 14yo boys. my son and dil will be spending their honeymoon in aug - 5 nights in a 1br at bwv and 5 nights at the gf. we will be going again in sept or nov. one will be a family trip and the other will be a ladies only.

Hi all, OKW owners since 1997 here. We decided to do non DVC resorts this year. We spent 6 days at Keystone in January on points and will be going to DCA in May and staying at the Grand Californian. Isn't DVC great!

We have 2 "homes" - OKW & HH. Our plans this year are 3/14-18 @ HH in a studio (going with 2 other couples who have their own non-DVC accommodations). Then 8/26-31 @ OKW (Sun-Thur, of course), Fri & Sat with family/friends in area, then back to HH Sun 9/2 for 3 nights. That's the end of vacation for us at that point because I work at The Disney Store and we are not allowed to take time off between November/January. Then maybe a cruise???!!!

We are going next in January of 2002. I have to make our ressies next week or week after depending on when we decided to go. We have friends traveling with us (couple) and possibly our son and his girlfriend. We will have 2 Disney trips in 2002 and one Hawaii exchange in 2002, so we will be travelling a lot next year.
