what's the obsession with awards at the moment?

i mean why do we have to catagorise (sp?) people into different catagories, oh she's "nicest", he's the "funniest". why can't we all celebrate that we all have different qualities!! sorry this is just my opinion. i mean this is a forum-how you suppose to know who's the "cutest" by some words on a screen? you don't know their facial expression, their tone of voice or anything. this is just a forum for people to talk about disney and yeah sometimes some random stuff as well but i think having our own awards ceremony is going way too far!!

Why is everyone arguing? yes, it's a discussion board so you should discuss, but don't get out of hand. Everyone has their own opinions and you should respect that. First of all, there are so many people here and each and every one of them has many talents. I know that, for example, CrazyChik loves horseback riding and Captain_Brain like music and nintendo. I know StitchFansJr will bring a smile to your face by saying just one thing, Sparx is a great writer from what I've seen in her blog, and MagicalLadee is really funny and creative. But then again, I don't know everyone on the DIS. So, I don't believe I could properly vote for this. No flaming please. Don't hurted me.
