Attendants on Usairways

We always hear some bad reviews so I thought I would pass along some pixie dust. We were hung up in Philadelphia last night due to the weather. After the pilot made the announcement the flight attendent announced if anyone did not have a cell phone and wished to call a loved one he would be happy to let them use his phone.

I thought that was a lovely gesture. All of the attendents came around to make sure everyone had a drink and some pretzels while we waited for take off. I appreciated thier kindness.

The USAirways flight attendants are great!! We were delayed on the runway at Phila over the weekend. The pilot did his hardest to make sure we left Phila instead of turning back to the gate and spending the night. I love USAirways.

I would agree that USAirway's cabin crew are great. I have flown that airline many times and never ran into a bad experience with any of the cabin crew. Infact, I've always noticed a pleasurable difference between USAirways and other carriers.

Another US Airway fan. We were stuck for two hours on the runway in Nassau once (traffic controllers wouldn't work due to one of their co-workers being fired) so missed our connection. US Air guest services worked to get us home that night even paying over $100 for a taxi ride for the last leg.

Have always had courteous, friendly flight attendants.
