Probably a dumb question....

I don't have tons of experience with lazy rivers. But aren't they usually a full "circle" so you can just keep going around? Why does this look like it's U-shaped?

I wonder what that means for the current bus sharing. When we stayed at BRV the last two years, we shared busses with Fort Wilderness a lot. I wonder if that will still be the case or not.

I would have to think that they won’t be sharing with WL any longer.

They can be lots of different shapes. But maybe they will only have one entrance and one exit?

I believe this one will allow you to keep going around.

Yeah it looks like the last portion of the lazy river is going to have a bridge/tunnel to allow access to the "island" in the middle of the river.

So they are likely waiting to do the bridge/tunnel and the last section of the river at the same time. Once they complete the bridge and last section it will be harder to work on anything in the middle, since they will have to haul everything across a probably small pedestrian bridge

No I really only like the lazy river at Aulani pools. I am not a slide person. I like that I can hang with the family and not put my head under water.

Post Covid we got into BCV a few times and absolutely loved the Stormalog Bay's lazy river. Could spend all day in it. We will do DLL at least once in our lifetime.

I'm in my 50s and LOVE the lazy river at Aulani and spend hours there. I think they have a float with my name on it. This is why LSL is high on my list.
