Yes. Not sure of the bank affiliation or the surcharges. Probably better using debit card.

yes, they do. I wish I could get my photobucket to work because Gringotts has an ATM in the WWoHP.

Universal would not want you to run short of cash now would they?

There are several located in both parks. Citywalk......I can only think of 1

by the endangered thing store. The one I used was a Chase Bank ATM.

The ATMs are now operated by GE Money. They are the issuers of the Universal American Express Credit Card. Chase used to have a Universal Card.
Chase also used to have the ATMs. That was then, now it is GE.

Bank told me here that my debit card won't work in most shops over there but will work in most atm's
