Atlantis or Blue Lagoon?

Traveling with group and looking for ideas that everyone will enjoy. What would be your choice and why?

Royal Caribbean excursion-Blue Lagoon Beach Break w/lunch and transportation $82/adult or.....

Purchase direct from Atlantis-Beach day pass $66/person and coordinate travel at $5/person each way. This would also allow flexibility to some of our party members to purchase the Aquaventure pass instead at $166/adult. Not crazy about finding our own transportation but can't find one that includes it. Royal does offer a 1/2 day (4hrs) Aquaventure w/transportation but that would mean even less time there.

Our cruise is in mid June and we are docked from noon to midnight. I've been told Atlantis is only open till 7pm that time of year. I think the dig is open later. Too short of time to tour there or a must do?

I've done both. We enjoyed Blue Lagoon. It's a nice excursion, but I don't need to do it a second time.

I'd avoid Atlantis. It's very crowded and in need of updating. The food is expensive too. On our day there I think we got on 2 slides. Waiting in line took forever.

I'd pick Blue Lagoon over Atlantis.

my vote is for Blue Lagoon
it was nice a quite there and the kids really enjoyed the beach day.
I find Atlantis overcrowded and loud
