Atlantis Beach Day info please

Hi all, I am looking for some feedback and info on the Atlantis Beach Day. We would really like to check out the resort and beach but will be travelling with our 5 and 6 year old who definitely can't stay in the sun all day and would need to be rinsed off (both for the sand and the salt water) I read that the pools are off limits for the Beach day excursion - I am wondering if there is access to any shady areas and any shower facilities? and outdoor poolside shower would be fine- Also how strict are they on pool access? We would be willing to pay to use pool while there- we dont need the water slides and can understand why they are off limits- We would like to be able to jump in the pool to cool off and relax though. I am not sure when you are going but I am doing that excurison in August on a RCCL cruise (no worries sailing on the Magic 10/25/03 and can let you know about the accomodations???

Thanks Buzz and Woody's mom but we are goin on Feb 16th so I am hoping someone else out there has some info to share
