Hi we are going to Sw in SD in late Oct prior to our cruise. I am not a coaster fan but like water rides how does this compare to it?

Well, there is definetly a coaster experience for a few seconds, but I would liken it to a a water ride more. There is a big drop like a coaster. There's no loops or anything like that. Part of the time you are on a coaster track, and other times you are in the water. We went there every year with my third grade class, and they all loved it. (7,8 year olds). I would give it a try if you get there and think it's maybe okay. You will get wet, so wear a poncho :)

Have fun!

My non roller coaster husband liked this ride. Mostly water and a big drop at the end. He actually had a smile on his face!!! Space Mountain at DL made him turn green!!! LOL!!

Enjoy!:rotfl:

I also don't like roller coasters but I did enjoy this ride. The water part of the ride is something like splash mt. in Dl.
