We were there one evening in July 2003 and were practically the only people in the place. The bartender was very friendly. It's lovely inside and there's a DJ. We didn't go on our last trip (July 7-17), so I don't know if business picked or if we were there on a weird night in 2003.

My Mom and I went there for a drink and to listen to music (was a DJ) back in December. It was very quiet and there was only a handful of people there. It was nice though that there wasn't a cover charge. I'd try it again.

Atlantic Dance Hall Offers New Format (Feb 2003)

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk has changed its format and is now spinning Top 40 sounds plus hit songs from the 1980s and 1990s and high energy dance music during DJ dance parties on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. On Friday and Saturday the club heats up with entertainment by live bands. Atlantic Dance Hall is open Tuesday-Saturday from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. for guests ages 21 and over. Admission is free.
