Atkins VS Weight Watchers

I am curious about something, which I don't want to turn into a debate, I am just looking for some statistics regarding Weight Watchers VS. Atkins, (my apologies for anyone following a different program, I am only interested in these two). Can you please post which program you are on, how long you have been following it and how much weight you have lost. I will start......

BUT......
The loss of weight is only an added bonus. My IBS symptoms were really hurting my quality of life. They have totally disappeared. I have more energy. And have lost that 'gotta eat again' feeling I use to have.

Can I say that it also depends on how much weight each individual is trying to lose, you may want to figure percentages? just a thought, my 7 lbs/11 wks doesn't look near as good as a WW at 10 lb/2 wks or 30 lb/15 weeks. but i'm really not complaining!
