Atkins question: I have the munchies!!! What can I eat???

Yes, have some Ham (not sugar cured or honey baked) and Cheese.

Or, I could say 'Have some cheese with your whine' ;) :teeth:
 
pork rinds
cucumbers
boiled eggs
pepperoni slice
cheese
nuts
low carb bars
salad
celery with cream cheese
burger patty
bacon

leftovers from the night befores dinner
 
I spread cream cheese on a couple slices of meat (ham, deli turkey, roast beef, etc) and wrap it around a pickle spear and cube of cheese! Yum! :)

You can have 10-20 green olives or half an avocado. I love both of those treats.

When I have a slice of ham, turkey, roast beef or whatever with cheese, I always add a little mayo. It helps you burn your own fat if you add fat to your food. Amazingly weird sounding but true :teeth:
 
I just had a couple of ham and cheese roll ups with a dab of mayo! Yummy! Those are my favorite snack!! :)
