Take the Hot N' Spicy pork skins, find some that are shaped in the form of a cup or flat, place them on a cookie sheet. Fill them with some cheddar cheese and a jalapeno' pepper and bake at 350 for about 5-10 minutes (watch for the cheese to melt).

YUM!! :)

Ahhhhhhhh- another Creative Creation from Kelsie's Kitchen. I think you should put together a little Atkins snacks cook book and sell it to us all- you'd become a millionaire! Please - feel free to use the above as a title!

LOL! I actually used to make jewelry under the name 'Kelsie's Kreations' :)

Sounds wonderful, Kelsie!! Another great idea from you!! :)

I don't like jalapeno peppers, but the rest sounds great! :)

I feel like Homer Simpson when I read your Atkins snack threads!

Mmmmm, pork rinds.

Mmmmm, pork rinds smothered in melted cheese.

Mmmmm, pork rinds smeared with cheese spread.

Mmmmm, pork rinds covered in mock danish... ;)

I am going to HAVE to control myself and not read your snack threads!!!!!!! They sound AWESOME! Oh, and the shakes made with those syrups sound so yummy too!!!!!!! :)

Hey - once you pull them out of the oven can you dip them in guacamole? It would be like nachos???

Oh yum, ahutton, I never thought of guacamole, what a great idea!

My dh would like sour cream too. Kelsie, you think up the best treats.
