I do think if you are not losing weight on carbs alone it might be because of to high of calories. Just keep that in mind IF you stop losing on Atkins.!!
I tallied my food stuff on Fitday for the first week and I was eating between 1500 and 1800 calories. I quit using Fitday, because my fat intake scared the poohbear out of me. You know, the old "if I don't see it, it doesn't exist".
