Cheese Filling:
Vegetable oil cooking spray
15 oz whole milk Ricotta cheese
8 oz of shredded mozzerella
1/2 cup of grated parmesian cheese
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons of dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
8 oz of mozzerella
8 inch square baking dish
Preheat to 350. Spray baking dish and set aside. Mix the cheese filling in a bowl then spread in baking dish. Cover the top with the remaining 8 oz of mozzerella. Bake for 34 to 40 min till brown and bubbly. Let cool at least 10 min before cutting. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
*8 servings (yeah right, lol)
3 carbs per serving (really 6 cause you will eat twice what you should)
