Atkins Challenge Week Two

You are doing so great Glo!:cool: I am not up for the challenge -- but it has taught me SO MUCH! I will have your protein shake some mornings, and am having legal veggies such as salad, cauliflower, etc (to keep me 'moving'). BUT I am going to keep cutting out the nuts, bars, and even watch the cheese intake. I think that I eat way to much cheese when I don't think about it! I will only use nuts, bars etc to get me thru special times -- not to get me thru every day! I lost 3 pounds this week on the challenge (but already put some back!). That wonderful bloat fairy may move out anytime she wants!

On to week two for Glo --- I can't wait to hear how you do!

I am definitely up for the challenge, glo! I started yesterday, although I am still not sure if I was wrong to eat those 4 lettuce leaves yesterday?? Oh well, if so then I will start again today!!:p:p

You're fine Beanie! Alex now says that a small salad each day is fine (following his challenge).

When I say a salad I mean a big handful of greens with some 0 calorie dressing and maybe a little tomato, cucumber or onion. It's the atkins bars and the mock everything that really cause the problems and I think everyone learned that. So for those of you that are going to stay on pure Atkins, add a salad, it's ok

I am in!!! I am sooo glad that there are others who are going to stay on for another week....I lost 5 lbs as of this morning...and I want to do one more week!!

Beanie...I added one salad a day too...basically just lettuce...(I needed the ruffage!!!)

Not up for Alex's challenge. I believe strongly in getting my veggies in. :) But I am having a GREAT week this week and on a LOSING roll lately. Wishing everyone success.
 
I'm in, I've just been running all over town doing real life stuff. I hate when that happens :rolleyes:
 
I have noit lost since I started week two but I expected that...bloat fairy and TOM are almost here, and usually it means about 5 lbs. that I have yet to see :) usualoly I drop the water gain and one or two more right after :)
