Atkins bake mix and Soy Milk??

I just received my Atkins Bake mix and noticed that the pancake recipe calls for Soy Milk. Could I use heavy cream instead??

I use the Atkins pancake/waffle mix instead. I've never tried that recipe, I don't know if heavy cream will work as well as soy milk or not.

You can use heavy cream, heavy cream diluted with water (the low-carb version of milk), or half and half.

Thanks!!!! I do not think I am ready to try Soy Milk!!!!! I was going to try the heavy cream tomorrow as a test run for our camping trip.
