Does anyone have one?

Is this what people use to glue down the papers on chipboard/altered albums?

I do not have an ATG gun, but i have used one many times. If you are planning on getting one, I personally like the smaller tape size. I think there are 2 sizes of tape. I feel that the smaller one gives you more flexibility of use whereas I am only comfortable using the bigger sized gun with bigger projects. I don't like them to use for everyday scrapbooking because there is no room for error at all. Once something it taped down, it ain't moving without ripping. IT is great for chipboard, but I also found that the Glueglider Pro is an excellent middle ground and still great for everyday scrapbooking. If you do a lot of projects, i would say go with the ATG.

ATG = :love:
ATG = huge $$$ savings over buying those *#@& Tombow refills at ACM/Mike's. I was spending a frickin' fortune on those. I was a
"I'd never buy a huge ATG gun...-type." Just ask TinkerBean - she's rolling with laughter now at me for being such a convert...:rotfl2:

I blame NEE and Michellepooh for converting me:thumbsup2

THe ATG is perfect for the chipboard albums. I use mine for everything. I have not had the problems angela mentioned, so maybe there is a difference in tape? I have found that if I apply tape to cardstock, I can roll it off the cardstock kind of like rubber cement rolls off. If I tape two items together, as long as it is cardstock and I fix it right away, I can separate the pieces. Not the case lighter paper like most patterned papers.

As others mentioned, you will save a lot of money with the ATG.
