The best part of dining last week was definitely the Kitchen Sink experience. It was so much fun! Before we went I remember posting asking if it was worth it for only 2 people. Someone said "go for it" and we did. Thanks so much! Where else can 2 people go away stuffed after a $22 meal at Disney? We also ate at Tangerine Cafe -big enough portions for 2 people to share, but I noticed they're very slow with their hamburgers. We also ate at Liberty Tree Tavern-each character, Pluto, Minnie, Meeko, Chip, and Dale, came around at least twice while we were there-great character meal! Only complaint was the vegetables were rather salty. Flame Tree BBQ-had a BBQ chicken salad which didn't seem to have dressing, but if it did, it was a very small amount-but I kept looking around and didn't see any at the condiments. Love the quiet seating way down back though. Yacht Club Galley-love those French Toast sticks on the buffet for breakfast. Min and Bill's Dockside Diner-soft pretzel with very spicy cheese filling. Note to self-try the cream cheese one next time-this one was much too spicy. Biergarten was great as usual-just one small problem-desserts almost ran out totally, and the Black Forest cake they finally brought out was still frozen in the center. Also had-Good's to Go, Artist's Palate, Dole Whip, Harry Ramsden Fish and Chips. Still to get to next time-Enchanted Grove, Rose and Crown, Cinamon roasted almonds in Epcot, Sci-Fi, and French Bakery(how could I miss that this trip?) I'd be happy to answer any questions.

I'm bringing my DGD9, two of her girl friends ages 7 & 11, a friend I used to work with and she's bringing her DGD7. Six of us femals in all and we're staying at BCV and I'm hoping we'll get to B & C one night to get a Kitchen Sink! We're also going to LTT, Cindy's for dinner around Wishes time, Crystal Palace breakfast, Ohana, Teppanyaki, San Angel Inn, Boma, and the Afternoon Tea at Grand Floridian. Most breakfasts & lunches in the villa to save my friend (and me since I'm paying for my DGD's friends) some money.

I'm excited about the trip, but I'm more excited to be taking my friend and her DGD7 who's never been to WDW before. I love taking newbies! Even though I've bought DVC, I still haven't been able to slow down on the touring because I keep bringing newbies that want to see it all. And like these that I'm taking this time, they may never be able to go again, so I want them to see it all.

Thanks for sharing, I'm reading every post where people just got back and it all adds to the anticipation. We're surrounded by tornados here in Lexington right now and I'm still DISing away!

Dorothy -

Sounds like you had some great dining experiences. 6 of us didn't seem to put a real dent in our kitchen sink.

DH, DD & I were at B&C this trip when a young couple and their child ordered the Kitchen Sink. I loved the presentation Tim made, and I offered to film it with their video camera! So much fun, and there was soooo much on that KS! We didn't hang around to see if they finished or not, but I don't think they could have. She said they had seen it on the Travel Channel and had to give it a try!
