They had quite the variety of low carb selections! They even had low carb sides, such as mashed cauliflower, creamed spinich and even pork rinds!

I had the burger wrap (8 carbs) with the pork rinds. It was good! The brand of pork rinds they served was really good. I wish I could buy them

I will be going again!

Their low carb cheese cake is outstanding, too!

Is this part of their regular menu, or did you have to ask for low carb menu?

DH and I ate there Thursday night, after I saw on their web site that they have a lot of healthy low-carb choices. I made sure I told our waitress that was the reason we were there, and she said they have been getting lots of good comments about their new menu.

I had the tilapia with mashed cauliflower (really, really good!) with steamed broccoli and made a nice big tossed salad to start with. And we shared a piece of the low-carb cheesecake, it was delicious!!!

We will definitely be going back!!

The only thing I was disappointed in was that they charged DH for a cup of coffee. He originally had a glass of iced tea and you are supposed to get "free refills" and when she asked him if he'd like more tea, he asked if he could switch to coffee to go with the cheesecake but she charged him an additional $1.89!!!
I work in a restaurant too, and we never charge additional if someone wants to switch from one "free refills" drink to another.
I wanted to question the waitress about it, but DH wouldn't let me.

wovenwonder: I'm type 2 diabetic and the cheesecake didn't hurt me at all. We had dinner about 7:00 p.m. and when I tested before bed at 11:00 my blood sugar level was 111. I even had the raspberry vinaigrette dressing on my salad.

Mmm, sounds yummy!! I will definitely have to try this place again...sounds like a low carbers dream!! :)

Let me explain a strange rule we have at Ruby Tuesdays: when a guest goes from hot to cold or cold to hot we have to charge them or if they go from an alcoholic drink to a non alcoholic drink we charge them.
I.E. Someone orders coffee and then later wants a coke to wash the rest of their meal down, I have to charge them.
Someone orders a beer from the bar and then later wants a sweet tea, I have to charge them. I argued this one for years as I thought once you paid for that drink with alcohol any other free refill drink was free...but obviously not.

It's a dumb rule, but because I value my job and position, I honor that rule. Most guests don't question it so it's not something I worry about.

I am glad you enjoyed our new low carb menu. It's wonderful isn't it???
