ATC Swap Due! ALL Mailed Back. Thanks!

Ok Ladies I promised this chick on ebay I would mention her store to all my board buddies. She sells those brass charms everyone like for ATC's and scrapbooks and I got a 200 peice grab bag for $18.95 plus shipping
Here is the Link

I've ordered from her several times in the past, and have used some of her stuff for swaps. She's reliable and has great stuff!

The big box craft stores are now getting more and more charms, too.

How do you fix charms? :confused3

Another question - I suppose if I use brads I have to put them on a top layer so the arms don't stick through to the back, or else add a piece of paper on the back with the details?

I usually use a small or part of a glue dot. Sometimes, I also cut off the charm circular link if it's not placed in a funny place.

With brads, I always insert the brad on the top layer before I mat the pieces. So, the mat behind the top layer covers up the brad arms on the back.

Those charms sound great guys. I want the 100 piece one though, not the brass ones. MazdaUk, I would be honored to have old pics of your family Thats great!

I found some free editing software, but so far the rsults are not good - unless you like pics of WWI guys covered with luminous green boogers:lmao: The pencils are coming out for a trial next;) Otherwise we're going with a sepia effect:thumbsup2

I just used one of the Tim Holtz 'Stampers Anonymous' stamps for the first time. They rock! They are rubber stamps, so you get the amazing detail but the foam backing he's used sticks fast to clear stamping blocks!

I ordered a couple (or more- I forget) of those from the ATC store. His stuff is so detailed, well-designed, and well-made. I can hardly wait to get them!!

I have never used the unmounted rubber stamps. I got some others in the mail today that I hope will adhere to the clear stamping blocks, but they don't have any backing.

Oh,Susie, I hope your mother does well with her surgery. We will really miss you! Stay in touch and let us know how she and you are doing.

Michi, Group E3 has 5 people in it, so that one probably doesn't need to be angeled, unless someone has completed it.

I can take Group K - Vintage, if that would help.

I can take E1 if someone hasn't yet.

I'm going to be good.....

I tried the watercolour pencils today and Dh didn't think it looked very good:headache: so i'm going with the sepia look and coloured embellishments.

I would love to join in- if J1 is available. I would keep Susie's theme of cupcakes.

Ann I know you grabbed some spots for me if I jumped in. But if you want them by all means keep them!

for those doing vintage, what paper line are you using. I noticed several were saying 1920's. I could do something different, maybe the fifties. But I was just wondering who was doing what. I have some great 1920's paper from Graphic45. It's really really nice!
