ATA Refund Question

My airfare just went down this morning for my December trip but when I called to see if I could get a credit for the diffrence they told me that it would have to be at least a $100 diffrence for each ticket (400 total) for them to give me a credit. Is this true ???? Thanks for any information ...

I am on the phone with them right now and they didn't mention anything about $100 each. They just said there would be a $50 change fee. However, the prices I found were on the web and she said they can't access web fares. I am now on hold to talk with the internet department to see if they can do it.
