at what wind speeds are ioa/us coasters shutdown

I see this weekend will have 15-20 mph winds in Orlando. Does anyone know at what speeds the coasters in IOA/Universal Studios are shutdown at? Should I risk going this weekend or postpone?

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is the most fickle. Most everything keeps going until around 30mph.

The wind speed is calculated to include the temperature. When it is very cold like yesterday, the Rockit had to be shutdown when the wind hit 20 mph. On warmer days, it can run if the wind gets close to 40 mph. So it all depends on the outside temperatures. Rockit was down for 45 minutes today because of the high winds and cold temps. I don't believe any of the coasters were closed at all at IOA though.

The HR3 wasn't running at Mardi Gras last night either because of the wind gusts or because it wasn't supposed to be running any way. I seem to remember it was running last year during Mardi Gras so it might have been the wind last night.
