At what time do the busses start riding?

Can anyone tell me at what time the busses start riding? I've got a ADR at 8.10 am in AK. I know I can get into AK before opening time using the confirmation number. But I think I read somewhere that the busses don't start riding untill an hour before park opening hours? With AK opening at AK that would mean the busses don't ride untill 8 am, which'll be too late. I'm starting to wander if I should change my reservation to a later hour. Or am I wrong and do the busses start riding earlier?

The buses will be running early enough to get you to your breakfast. Just be out at the stop 45 mins prior to your seating time.
