At what Temp. does your childs school stay inside for recess?

I think ours is 36 degrees - including Wind-Chill.

That is what ours is here and they can not go out if htere is any snow on the ground until its all melted and not nuddy out.

I'm just floored that all these schools have recess!

wow, I am shocked, I have never heard of a school not having recess! Even the Jr. High has lunch then recess.

It sounds like a lot of you who are teachers supervise your kids when out for recess???

Here I don't think the teachers don't go out at all for recess. There are a couple of playground supervisors instead.

The teacher don't go out here for recess, that is part of their lunch hour- they leave for lunch once the kids go into the cafeteria and the lunch ladies are there to watch them then the kids go to recess and the playground aides watch them there. If there were not lunch aides and playground aides when would the teachers go out to lunch??
