At What Age For Daughters To Wear Makeup?

My dd is 11 and in the 6th grade. She is allowed to wear very light eye shadow and lip gloss. Not sure when I will let her wear more make up but she is very content with what she wears right now.

My dd is 11 and in 6th grade also and I let her wear light eyeshadow and lip gloss. She is a pale redhead, so not sure when I will let her wear mascara because it will be very obvious. I was 14 and started with a light brown. I may let her in 8th grade.
