At VWL now.....NOT HAPPY!!!

Who do I need to call about the problems we're having at VWL? My husband is speaking to a WL manager now but would Member Services be a better route to go? We're having issues with room conditions and housekeeping.
 
Hi KM, so sorry to hear about the issues. I think the best action to take would be to ask for the housekeeping manager. (Although the front desk certainly should be aware of the check-in conditions) Any time I've needed assistance at VWL, both the manager and housekeeper will show up at my door very quickly to review the issues and fix. :goodvibes

Curious, what type of problems? Beds not made, food lying around, just what??..smjj
 

popcorn:: JMHO..... we did a split res. last May 5 nights at Kidani and 3 nights at VWL and we did notice it was time for some updating (bedspread, throw pillows, furniture, refrigerator all in need of updates) -- I think it was so noticeable because we'd just checked out of Kidani where everything was newer and in better shape.

Unfortunately, we pay for all those updates. That's why they don't happen so often.

OKW just had the first major renovation and it is about 20 years old. And they kind of cheaped out on the renovation, too.
 
For those of us who do not take their laptop on vacation with us is there a number we can call?? The website is great 'if' you have a computer handy...smjj

You can try to reach them through MS but they prefer email. I have tried to reach them a couple of times through MS and all I got was VM.

CALL Member services NOW. Tell them you are having problems and they will connect you directly to the Satisfaction Team. We had a problem last Jan and we called DVC services. We got connected to them and they got things done. They said if we ever have a problem again call them.

Due to member feedback, and to cut down on complaints, guest who complain will be eliminated by the newly formed Guest Elimination Team.

maybe OP's problems were resolved and she and her family are too busy riding splash mountain and sucking down dole whips to come back here! :) hope so!!
