will I be allowed to wear my Teva's on the slides?

Because of a recently developed foot problem, I am not allowed to go barefoot and the water shoes I have tried do not offer great support. I hate to buy more expensive water shoes (Bean, Lands End etc) and then not be allowed to wear them while in line and on the slides.

I was just wondering what shoes are allowed on the slides.

Thanks!

We were told that we would have to carry our shoes down on the slides but that you could wear them until you got to them. We saw several people taking their shoes off right before they got on and just held them until the bottom. Ther raft rides may have had different rules but I don't remember them right now.

At BB and TL last fall, we were allowed to keep our water shoes on most slides. In the beginning, we did not even know it was an issue until a CM told us we had to take them off.

In Sept I went to TL and wore my water shoes. Not once was I asked to take them off. No one even mentioned anything to me about them. I know on the big body slide in BB (can't think of the name offhand...Summit Plummit?) you have to take off your water shoes. Did they recently change the rules? If so, that would stink.
