AT&T Smart Limits for Wireless

Is anybody very familiar with this service? Unfortunately the people at AT&T apparently are NOT familiar with it and can only read the website themselves or guess as to the answers to my questions.

So here's my question of the moment:

If you block texting and calling for a certain period of time(say the school day so like 8-2) are all of the blocked texts delivered after the time expires? Or are they never received.

I know that if you have an actual block on all texting, not thru smart limits, just a complete block, those texts are just never received on your phone and the sender is not notified that have not received them. So I wondered which way it works.

Thanks guys, I'm also guessing they are never received. I wsa hoping for a different answer though.
