Well, it's my take on the Indian recipe for chicken baked in a tandoori oven...
What I do is zest 1 lemon, and juice 2, 1c yogurt, several cloves garlic, grated and then lots of spices...like paprika, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, cayanne...(did I spell everything right?)
Anyway, skin chicken, and mix ingrediants in a bowl...marinade chicken 4-6 hrs, then bake at 400 for 40 min, turning at 20min. This chicken is sooooo moist!
