Good morning, everyone!! For all of you all who got snow and/or cold temperatures. . .STAY WARM & SAFE!!!

Here's my list for today:

1. CAFFEINE!!!!!
2. Drop off DS
3. Work
4. Pick up DS
5. Exercise (trying for 20 min)--got 23!!
6. Stick to points
7. Take stuff to Mom
8. Give DH $
9. Clean DH's bathroom
10. Clean my bathroom
11. Empty dishwasher
12. Run 3 loads of laundry
13. Change out flags on front porch
14. Hang frame in bedroom
15. Scrap at least 2 pages
16. DH--change cat litter
17. DH--switch car seats
18. DH--get tea
19. BBQ Chicken/Rice for dinner
20. Update annual challenge thread--waiting until tomorrow, in case there are more numbers added for Feb.

Ok, lots going on this week!!
Spring testing starts the end of the week for 2 of the kids.. (finally, someone in the govt. wised up and decided it would be smarter to test our kids on this years stuff THIS YEAR instead of in Sept. when they have been off on summer vacation!)...
Wed. won't be around till late... get the kids off to school and have to drive to meet my parents for mom's OP surgery.

Happy Birthday Big Mister!!

Put dinner in crock pot.
Get kiddos to school.
Get to bank.
Get to post office - mail off a few packages.
Go to Archivers - GC needs to be used before it explodes.
Finish up laundry.
Straighten up from having boys home for two days in a row. Putting your toys around the perimeter of the room is not putting them away.
Make sure homework is done.
Put kiddos to bed.

We got all the blankity blank blank snow. My Office and DD's school was closed, even DH isn't going to work. Parts of the state got 2', that is down along the shoreline, they don't typically get hammered with that much snow. I'd say we got about a 1'. I am going with the old weather saying, "in like a lion, out like a lamb", and hope that my Cape Cod Crop at the end of this month has fantastic weather!

My to do list now:

Work on Mt. Washmore.
Bring in wood from garage.
Keep loading the woodstove.
Strip beds and wash sheets and towels.
Maybe working on some scrapping.

OH, and to the guy who plowed ACROSS the road and left a wall of s**w as high as my honda last night when I was driving home at midnight

Ok so my list is simple, since we got blasted with the white junk also.
NO SCHOOL/ NO WORK!!!! YIPPEE!!!

after many many discussions, we have decided to switch over to digital cable and add the phone in with it. so i'll have one bill for cable,internet, phone. So I called last week and dh went and got the new boxes on Saturday and only one of them works. I called and he is supposed to be out here today. Between 1-5!
My boys did the monster truck show yesterday, so i did ALL the laundry then. I mean I did our sheets & blankets, bubba's sheets & blankets, mom's sheets and blankets on top of all the reg. laundry. i did not stop all day.
I promised dh that i'd make pulled pork for supper tonight. He left around 3:00am to go plow and I probably wont see him until late tonight. Do you really think he's going to want to eat pulled pork that late at night???
But, that's what he wants so I'll make it!

No beans here... I don't like what they do to DH

Potato salad sounds yummy! And DH would be thrilled! It's a treat around here for me to make it when we aren't entertaining. Thanks for the idea! And DH was really nice and drove me out to my car last night at work, and then he cleaned it off for me The nurses in the parking lot were so jealous...but hay, I wash his underwear, I deserve some perks for that right?

I got a pork loin at BJ's the other day, and I do it in the crockpot with the McCormick pot roast bag and seasoning. Then I just pull it with all the juice from the bag... They can add the BBQ sauce or not if they want. DH has been off the BBQ flavor lately...

i'd love to have potato salad, but dh HATES it! now if it were the summer i'd make either potato salad or asian salad to go with it. and dh would make homemade fries for him and bubba. now all that said, i'll probably make beans for him, reg. fries in the oven for bubba and I. i did my menu planning for the week yesterday afternoon. i have the main dish planned out, but not the sides. i just get so tired of having the same old stuff all the time.
i bought a really neat pad at michael's the other day to keep track of whats for dinner. i'm really trying.

Rebecca, I have to go.. I have NO ONE responsible enough to give me the true information. Even though my dad is going he is NOT good in crisis management (that means anything that isn't about him!)... I told my mother that she needed to sign the papers that allowed me and dad to get her info and talk to the doctor..she was reluctant but I asked her "who really do you want to make HONEST and ETHICAL decisions for you, me or dad".. I got the vote.. duh! Besides, she is still my mom...and I gotta love her..just not some of the stuff they pull. KWIM?

Ok, I gotta get to scrappin' and finish the upstairs chores.. I've got all kinds of stuff going on..
Oh and I need to txt DsS who is 18 today!!! CRush, there goes my txts again... LOL.... why do they not grab all kids' cells before school starts? Mom can I, mom can we, mom can he come over for dinner tonight.. WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? I really like when I get the txts from the boys via DD's phone and have to ask who I'm txting w/! (it's usually a give away b/c DD doesn't say "hey, mom" cause she knows it rubs me the wrong way!)
