OK, 16 years ago just after midnight, I had my last baby...who will soon be driving Tonight we were looking at pics of the kids when they were little The time really does fly!


What 3 things (or more) are you planning to accomplish? Return later and post you're done...


I need to :

1) Balloons...they fly out of the trunk when he puts his backpack in...the best part is watching him try to get them all back in again

2) Make the cake

3) Mall

4) Sit and Stitch at Mike's

1. add back drugstore trip--have to go today, only one more pill Done

2. maybe one load of laundry Done

3. watch Santa claus 3 so I can send it back to Netflix Done

4. pay bills done....took forever and all my money

5. sweep up the leaves that the dog brings in tomorrow

Here are mine for today:

1. Finish tests at work--DONE

2. Order Mom's pics

3. Order my January pics (if I wait any longer, it'll be time to order Feb pics!!)

4. Pick up DH's medicine and a card at Walmart (and maybe his Valentine's Day gift if I can get home before he does!)--DONE

I have a list a mile long.. so I won't bore anyone today.. except the high lights..
1. Pray DH can fix our main computer.. if not.. some tears will be shed...
2. DS to doctor at 10:40.. can't be soon enough... enough is enough of this bug..Done..
3. get to DD's game tonight.. provided DH gets home from work... or there will be more tears..
4. try to get over this exhaustion because little things seem like bigger issues than they are
5. get my list done...

Thanks for the Happy Bdays...DS16 was so excited this morning...still such a kid. He was getting calls and texts from friends as early as 0600....heard his name on the radio (didn't win the cake)

His HM cake is almost finished. He wanted colored frosting, so I had to dig out the Wilton colors...

Well DD woke up fever free!!!

1- Have DH go to school to get her homework. done
2- Put away getting closer
3- Continue closet cleaning out/rearranging done
4- Make beds didn't happen because all the laundry is on top of it
5- Unload, load, unload dishwasher done-and loaded again!
6- Help DD get through homework/school work done
7-Continue going through magazines done
8-Start DD's bday list

1.pick up meds for ds- who has a dble ear infection and strep throat!!!!

2.go have blood work

3.try to get at least one swap done tonight

4.and the never ending laundry!

1 month til DD's 2nd birthday, I need to start planning! LOL

1) mesh calendars with mom (lots going on) tomorrow, her dog is very ill and on his way to the vet

2) final expenses for current job, they want DH out yesterday. Ummm not until I get my money!

3) dishes

4) laundry - trying to stay on top of it

5) grocery store we are sooo scraping the bottom of the barrel on food. I fed them hamburger helper last night done, finally!

4. Call and invite MIL over for dinner done
5. Clean up living room

I've got a DH home sick today. Not much else going on with that little bit of a side track.
Did get the kitchen/great room all cleaned up and dishes put away and some done. Rest of the day will be keeping Little Bit away from his Dad.

thanks... We went in today... I got on the receptionist for the NON-returned call today from yesterday.. she was apologetic but like I told her.. good thing it wasn't life or death! Tested him for strep..came back negative... of course NO fever..but he had gotten sick right as we walked out the door..good thing we thought ahead and had 2 towels.. Lungs fine.. little rattle but she said that was just the cold... no ears, no tonsils, ... final test was the yucky influneza swap x 2.... hope to hear something later today... Can go back to school tomorrow...but have a doctors note for all last week, this week and tomorrow if the need arises... LOTS of fluids... so we have gatorade, 7UP, punch... she made him promise to drink, drink, drink.. Off to call the school to get his homework sent home again.. He got it all done last night for the past 2 days...

So, here is hoping he is on the mend..and that NO ONE else gets it.and that everyone on here has their families members remain healthy because this is awful...


BAMB, I wouldn't be going anywhere until I had my money too...and they owe DH a lot..especially the amount unfortunately we can't claim and that is lost time w/ his family... Hugs to Dh... because he is doing the right thing!!!!

What are you having with your Keilbasa?

I'm trying out a crock-pot version of paella w/o the seafood. Basically it's kielbasa, chicken, onion, garlic, rice (I used brown rice, shh don't tell Dh) carrots and green peppers seasoned with saffron. Kind-of like a stew. I've had regular paella and love it, so we'll see.

7. Finish GS site sale paperwork (This MUST happen!)

8. Hoping to get some swap work done tonight but I'm not holding my breath.

1) Balloons...they fly out of the trunk when he puts his backpack in...the best part is watching him try to get them all back in again Oh, that little tease...he knew and wanted me to pull up so everyone could see the balloons fly out, and him fight with them...tooo funny!!!

2) Make the cake Done, and it met with DS19, and DS16's approval

3) Mall iPod store is sooo busy!! Got him his giftie...and he is also getting tickets to see "Rent" at the theater in Wilm this weekend

4) Sit and Stitch at Mike's done...and I learned something, and taught something...so it was a great day!!
