not sure, now they are moving a bit faster for me but the ticker factory page is slow. I think the problem might be on their end???

Our principal at the lower elem. was out for 2 weeks w/ them... YUCKO!

I think a bath in lysol will do DH some good.. maybe.. So, what are they doing for him? I know it has to run its course..but did they tell him much more than that?

I couldn't get through the original thread though so I'm sticking with peeps.

I really hope this is just a small cold I don't need to be sick right now.

They have him on VALTREX - oh man, am I giving him a bad time about that. Just need to keep the eldest away, he still needs his booster. His doctor is fitting him in tomorrow so that is good. Right now it is this weird rash on his forehead. Looks like 1/2 of the doctor from StarTrek Enterprise. If his face swells like that guys, I'm outa here.
He's doing okay. Good thing is he can work from home, so no time missed there.

here are my bookcases. See the space between the built book case and the wall? that is where DH needs to put the 1/2 bookcase. The corner cabinet is holding the tools at the moment and the one under the book case has all my scrapbooks and my power sorter boxes. Plus all of FIL and MIL's memorabilia.

I finally got the doors on the other side, DD's toys are underneath and the corner cabinet has the sub woofer and CD binders.

and a pic of the whole space, the boxes under the window are the bookcases that need to be built. Ignore the blanket, I never pulled to A/C unit out and it gets a bit drafty. LOL And yes the cabinets are turned sideways, so only 1 door opens. There will be no bookcases where the lamp and the entertainment stuff is, we tried to wrap it around but didn't think it would look right.

I agree, it would look more complete with the 1/2 set of shelves.

thanks, it took me forever to find a color I liked. Before they were construction grade white. the color is bee pollen from Home Depot. The room is really narrow but long, so I didn't want anything too dark. We are getting rid of the blue couch and chair and getting our brown couch back from my mom and DH wants a morris chair. The blue looks pretty with the yellow but DH hates the couch. LOL

I love that yellow! It's beautiful. We need some bookcases, I just haven't found ones I like at the price I like.

These aren't to bad in price. We got them at Home Depot. The hard part is that the house is so old store bought stuff doesn't fit, we have to tweak things as we go. which is why it takes so long. LOL

My DH had shingles. He kept telling me his leg hurt, and as soon as I saw it I knew.

Valtrex is the stuff. It shortens, but doesn't help with the pain. Hope your Dh isn't bothered too much...

Sorry you're not feeling well, Buffy. I'm still feeling pretty puny myself. My super-yuck flu started with a crazy bad headache, sniffles and a sore throat and then progressed to bronchitis. Be prepared.

1. Work (late to make up time for surgeon appt. tomorrow) DONE but I didn't work late because I was exhausted from my leg pain.

2. Finish figuring out cookie order for this weekend. DONE

3. Scrap a bit. Not Done

I was planning to work late but that didn't happen as I was wiped out from my knee hurting all the night before. I went home at the regular time and went straight to bed. The pain is a little better today, thank goodness. Unfortunately, since I napped, no scrapping was done.
