Welcome to the Monday before Christmas...OK, everyone caffeinate

Today I have to:

Finish crochet wrap for DS20's GF done

Print out recipes... cheese danish, 5 layer dip, broccoli casserole done

Make shopping list done

Market done

Walmart done

Liqueur store

done

Eastern Mountain sports for slippers for DS16 going there b/f market & Walmart nope, didn't get to go...

Wrap wrap wrap DS20 working on DS16's stuff now... doing really well!!!

Tacos for dinner cookin'

Laundry Done
Clean bathrooms 1 Done
Call doctor to make appointment Done
Go to doctor's appointment if I can get one today Done - Got meds!!!
Bake lots and lots of cookies 3 kinds baked and cooling
Keep DS and his friends from eating ALL of the cookies I gave them a plate of cookies, hopefully they won't want more!
Finish making 3 gifts I'm still working on
Get out last of Christmas cards Done

Good Morning!!!

I was up bright up bright eyed and bushy tail at 4:30 am. Any wonder I am fast asleep by 8:30 pm?

My to do list today:

Bring a bag of wood in from the garage
Put wood in the woodstove
Throw a load of laundry into the wash
Make lunches
Get DD and DH out the door at 7:00 am. He is bringing her to breakfast then school
Work
Go to Whole Foods for a friend
Stop at Dry Cleaners to plead my case that they take my $5 coupon that DH forgot to bring when he brought a puke covered comforter in last Friday.
Meeting at 5:00 pm
Special Olympic Swim
Remember to bring gifts for Special Olympic volunteers and the athletes
Put more wood into the woodstove

i so wish you lived closer, because i totally hate to wrap! i'll do anything but wrap.

We are wrapping in shifts...DS20 will help me wrap for DS16 and DH...DS16 will help me wrap for DS20 and DH. I'm hoping that I can get most finished today, and just a little to finish tomorrow...

today:

1. back to store for Communion Bread- I forgot it when we went last night- dh did this
2. drop off library books- the bookmobile skipped s and I am not in town when they come back on Tuesdaydh did this
3. make lunch for company (11 of us)actually only made it for 3- the others had mac and cheese that someone else cooked
4. make dinner for company (13 by then)did this although do to a late plane some of them are arriving later for dinner
5. work on swaps did this
6. stuff mom's stockingdid this
7. wrap a few last gifts
8. Post Office- with gifts that will be late- one family is out of town through Christmas and has been for a bit, the other I just got the last thing for
9. enjoy time with my nieces and nephewdid this we picked oranges, read, colored
10. tell my dad where to hang up the pictures- DH hasn't had time so mom said dad would do it- which he will do gladly although I always feel bad when he has to work on vacation- although once he has been on vacation for a couple of days he gets bored with doing nothing.did this in 4 rooms

Good morning! How can it already be the week of Christmas???

No more Christmas Break countdown (I know y'all are sad!) because I'm on Christmas Break!!!

So, here's my list for today:

1. Coffee, coffee, coffee--DONE
2. Spend day with DS--he's napping now!
3. Get stuff ready for DH to take to my brother--DONE
4. Call my kindergarten teacher--DONE
5. Work on swaps--finally got my room clean, so this might be possible!
6. Clean my bathroom & DH's bathroom--DONE
7. Dust
8. Get DH to mop
9. Fold laundry--DONE, until the next load finishes!
10. Wash remaining loads of laundry--4 more to go. . .I decided to do rugs, too.

DIT--I hope your dr's appt goes well!!

Lots to get done today but it's COLD!! OMG!!! I'm on standy-by for my sitting kids... I was suppose to have them..but the little girl was sick throughout the night...
Let's see...

pick up DD from BB but DsS will pick up other DsS to go out. done
wrap done all but stocking stuffers and the 4 books.. I need to go through and make sure everything is done!!!!!

find insurance papers for 2007 to fight claim (dumbbutts!)
get paperwork ready re: insurance changes for the Dh's ex... got to hand write everything out and have it notarized... done

**Deposit cks/shop will be done only if baby sitting kids don't come over.. I can drop off the big kids @ the door and I can park the car and pick them up.. no need for them to freeze walking in!!! **

It's going to be a busy day since we have decided to leave today for my parents. We were going to leave first thing Tues. morning but we are supposed to get more snow and blowing winds in the morning. This afternoon it is not going to be snowing and the wind will be calmer. DH is coming tomorrow from traveling for work so it is just me, the kids and the dog. It is a 3 hour drive in good weather so I imagine it will take me closer to 4 this afternoon. Of course, that means I have to be all packed and ready to go when the snow stops. I've kept a running list of things I need to remember to pack so let's hope I don't forget anything.

wrap mom's cruise book done
have kids clean out van done
have kids bring me their clothes to pack done
pack up presents in laundry baskets done
vacuum office, living room and DS13 room done

They don't want to go, they've been playing nice their whole 2 hour delay.
Drive kiddos to school. They have projects, gifts, food for pary, plus normal backpacks. I'm sure they will lose or ruin something on the bus.
Come back and clean up from the weekend. Messy boys.
Laundry & packing.
Pick up kiddos from school so Little Bit can get his allergy shot before heading out to the ILs - 6 dogs + 2 cats = red eyes + runny nose
Figure out dinner.

Checking in LATE! We were at mom's last night after the Christmas pageant. I may have to post pics for the DIS Aunties- DS was a sheep and DD was a narrator. DS fell asleep before the sheep were to go on, I wasn't going to wake him. DD did an AWESOME job, she spoke the clearest out of them all!
