The day before Friday!

OK, so I started yesterday, got 1 SG panel ready to foil, cut out several others, and started a 2nd panel...I feel pretty good about what I got done

Today I have to:

Work on SG and try to get at least 1 finished

While doing the ever present

Fill bird feeders again...

Dinner... probably something with the left over chicken...Alfredo maybe?

I broke the microwave. No oatmeal for breakfast.
Get kiddos to school.
Go shopping. Need fast food gift cards for my parents. Been putting this off.
Go to Kohls & get pressure cooker for MIL. Almost forgot. My bad.
Get to barn and find other cards I already purchased. Am not buying more.
Print out address labels and get second set of cards ready for mail.
Figure out dinner.

Oh no, AWM!!

It's Thursday! My favorite day of the week!! Only 7 more working days (counting today) until Christmas Break!

Here's my list for today:

1. Coffee, coffee, coffee!!--DONE, need more!
2. Drop off DS--DONE
3. Work--DONE
4. Pick up DS--DONE
5. Dust--DONE
6. Clean my bathroom
7. Try to get DH to mop
8. Clean up scraproom, if I have time
9. Salad for dinner--ordered pizza, but it made me sick! So I didn't get anything else done!!
10. Fold laundry--DONE
11. Make grocery list--DONE
12. Fix gift to take on Friday
13. Call my aunt to tell her we're not coming to the get-together this weekend
14. Pack SIL's Christmas gifts to be mailed
15. Order my mom's Christmas cards and pics--DONE
16. Send grandparents' cards to be mailed--DONE

That's all I can think of for now! Everyone have a TERRIFIC Thursday!

get all my scrap supplies up to my bedroom (we are drywalling with basement) getting there
take boys shopping for Christmas
pick up DS13 from Detention since he forgot to get his progress report signed
PO and mail a gift to friend done
drop off mail to MIL

laundry - does it ever end? working on it
try to make PB balls before kids get home
stop in at State Farm done

Sounds like enough work for one day

I seldom use my microwave other than storing baked goodies in. I'll send you mind, AWM. It is the least used appliance in my house.

Thank goodness today is Thursday.

My to do list:

Bring in wood - Done
Fight w/ woodstove - Doing. Yesterday since we were having a tropical heat wave, we let it go out to empty the ashes. Now it doesn't want to stay lit.
Make lunches - done
Empty dishwasher - done
Write in DD's communication log
Work
Hairdresser for a hair cut.

Lunch with DH!

Lisa - I'm with you. i hardly ever use my microwave. it's more of a bread box!
do you guys remember bread boxes?

DIT- I want your day! i want to shop, shop, shop. but i have no money, money, money!!!!! but i have got to finish up this week. i must do that!!!!!

It is mostly used for heating up oatmeal, reheating coffee, and the microwaveable pancakes.
I broke it melting chocolate.
We'll survive without it. I'll suffer the most with lukewarm coffee. Our maker dumps directly into a caraffe, no warming plate. It doesn't stay warm long.

AWM i have a caraffe that i use when we do family functions and i boil water and put it in 1st and let it sit for like 20 minutes then empty it and put the coffee in and it seems to say hotter longer. just a thought.

I would, but the coffee brews automatically at 6:00 to wake up DH. I am NOT getting up before him to make the caraffe hot. I need the caffiene befor I can function THAT well.

Some of it's not but a 5 minute job...but the late night at the school in NOWHERE, USA is the worst... or is it babysitting over 20 -7th grade BB boys and over seeing the 8th grade bb boys too @ another 20.... That may drive me to insist on a beverage for the ride down (DH is driving).

Come on over! We just may need a to get around since it's pouring rain and will be most of the day. We've already reached our high today of 60 degrees and will be getting colder as the day goes on. But, lunch will be really yummy at La Fiesta (Mexican)!!!!!

Fill it with water.
Slosh the water on the floor while swinging it over to the stove.
Splash some water on the stove.
Bang my knee on the oven handle.
Turn on the stove to heat the water.

DH will be awake in no time.
