YAY!! Thursday! My favorite day of the week!!

Here's my list for today:

1. Dust
2. Drop off DS--DONE
3. Work--DONE
4. Go to mom's--DONE
5. Go back to work for stupid financial aid meeting (DH is picking up DS)
6. Take thank you card, get address, and mail--DONE
7. Fold clothes
8. Empty dishwasher
9. Do final house cleaning for ILs on Friday. . .although why I bother, I'm not sure!
10. Continue to look through embellishments for SIL's album
11. Order supplies for surprise swap
12. Wrap DNephew's Christmas present so MIL can take it when she goes next week

Well it thursday right??? not friday yet???

Ok here's my should do list for the day....

1.ds up dressed,breakfast, bus
2.prep supper
3.work and all day too! i have my board meeting tonight. so i'll be wipped out by the end of the day today!
4.homework w/bubba!
5.laundry
6.make grocery list. UGH. hate this one.

ok that should be enough to get me rollin' for the day.

dd to school mtg. done
ds on bus (remember DRESS up clothes! Game nite) done
started
clean scrap area so I can scrap the weekend done
look through photos again for just the right ones (1 hour)
elem kids' homework
babysitting kids picked up early 3pm
3pm load van w/ food for DS's team dinner
3:20pm be at MS for team dinner
drop DS8 back off to DH who better be home!
Make notes for DH on what he has to do being home w/ the kids @ home. done
Pull out season passes for DH and kids done
drive to opposing school by myself so I can watch DS12's game
DS12 will ride home w/ me after game

Well, it's another day with some one home sick DD's cold is getting worse. I didn't even wake her up this morning. Got the boys up and took them to school. Maybe I should let her paint and maybe that will clear her sinuses.

LOL!!! Boy if that would work.. I have about 5 rooms that need painted!!
Sorry to hear you have another sick one home again... You are going to need a vacation from all this illness!!!

To be honest I'm currently trying to figure out how to handle DD and her teen attitude!! I ask her a question today and she was a real brat... the response could have been short and simple but respectful and she took it to an extreme... to which she should be very thankful that there is a 10 plus hour day between us due to school and the fact that tonight I won't be home til late due to DS's game..... I'm going to write her a note and tell her how I feel and that things will change or else!!

It's not just the teenage girls, my teenage boy is just as bad. It's amazing how nothing can turn on that attitude. When we call him on it, sometimes he says he didn't realize he spoke with an attitude!! He's lost lots of priviliges and things for it in the past and is much better about being respectful now-a-days. Good luck!

I here ya! There are some days moving out for college will not come soon enough (10 more months).

I plan on drinking my way through all this illness. Everyone has had something in the past week but me. I'm thinking the alcohol should kill all the germs and keep me safe Or at least, keep me healthy until after t-giving. Need to take DD to a scholarship day on Sat., and family arrives on Wed. for the holiday.

Write her a note and ask her why she was snippy with you or clear out her room of everything but the essentials. She can earn them back when she speaks nicely to her mommy.
