Today is transportation day at the preschool!
I get to be the "hospitality" person.Thats like making Donald Duck be in charge of hospitality?!
I am not a morning person.
So I have that until noon and then have to take DD to dr appt downtown to have her blood tested.
She has ITP so every 3 months we take a 45 minute drive which then takes 90 minutes to get home because of traffic!
No scrapping for me today!
I hope you all have an awesome day on such a historical day!

Laundry Done
Clean Kitchen Done
Sort through paperwork on kitchen bar Done
Pay bills
Clean up and do some organizing of scrapping area Done. I've done some major cleaning and reorganizing. It's looking good!!!
Work on swaps
Go to boy scout meeting tonight to collect $ and attend parent meeting

Darn it's cold outside! Gee whiz!!
Ok funny note first: I go to school for meeting w/ guidance counselor... I walk out because I'm done (DD had a mtg)...only to walk into one of the senior basketball players... sweet kid just a bit taller than me... He looked at me funny and said "I didn't do it".... LOL He is such a goof...so I get to my van and he txts me thru my DD that he says I shouldn't be old enough to be a mom! LOL He is such a kiss butt!

Okay today:

We discovered this in Banana last September (07) and started with weekly appts with a Pedi Hemotologist, as her numbers went up, we got to spread her appts out, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.
A normal count is 150,000 to 300,000.
Her low was 7000.
Today she is at 120,000!!
(next appt is May).
Thank you for all your good thoughts today and I just wanted to share!

Wow, this is right up my alley. This is part of my job, blood bank support of pts like your daughter. And I have to tell you, that count of 7000 scared the bejebus out of me! So glad that her counts are normal!

In my household we keep track of liver enzyme count, so I know how wonderful it is when the numbers start getting within range. Rita, you must have been thrilled.

i track iron levels so I also know what it's like when you get low numbers.
