I was not thinking part-time job, just so he accomplishes something while I am working hard both at work and home. I like the idea of the previous poster who suggested some less strenuous things to do around the house. Money is not the big issue as he is getting 2/3 of his income and it is non-taxable so will have close to his regular pay.
