If you are there at rope drop, your wait was probably 45 - 60 minutes, depending on where you are in the rope drop crowd. But yes, if they expect huge crowds, they might turn it up immediately.

We went off season and it was cold and not super busy. We walked onto almost all rides but Ratatouille and Crush Coaster. The wait to get into the park at rope drop was like 10 mins. But people were RUNNING to Crush Coaster immediately and it is one of the rides that doesn't allow a fast pass. I couldn't run anywhere, as I was 3 months pregnant and not feeling well and I had little ones with me. I wish I could've went on it!
