At Disney now. Need help with bounce back

Last year I pressed 0 from my resort phone and was connected right away with someone that told me what the bounce back was and applied it for me.

This year I am at the same resort and called 4 times and each time no one seems to know what to do. They transfer me to the regular reservation line who says I need to speak to the resort.

Anyone have a direct extension to call? There is no postcard in my room but there never has been and I always book bounce backs! I'm staying at Port Orleans Riverside if that helps any?!

Dial extension 8844 from a resort phone. Then they should be able to help you with the bounceback. Good luck.

If that doesn't work - contact the front desk and they should be able to put you through.

No Front desk will be a help as they are clueless about BB. Their use to be piece of paper on desk but now the put in between the booklet on the desk. Dial 8844 will get you the dept you need to talk to. Central booking doesnt have those codes. Good luck !

As others have stated, dial 8844 from your room or look in your "Be our Guest" guide book to see the details. If you don't have one in your room, ask one of the mouse keepers for one...

If you are looking for the flyer it is inside the "Be Our Guest" booklet that is in the in folder in the room. It is stapled into the middle and not very obvious for guests that are experts and wouldn't normally open it.

I was just there about 2 weeks ago. They did not have the BB offer in our "folder" that was in the room upon arrival. I did call 8844 however, and the only BB they are offering for next year as of now is Free Dining in late August until Early October- Select dates and resorts.

I was really bummed because we are returning in February. I was so surprised that it was so limited. My thought is that maybe the offers they will have out will be just as good as the BB or they are waiting to see the booking demands for a few months and follow statistics of all that? Who knows.

That has been the bounce back during this time period the last two years. We have taken advantage of it both times, and returning the same time of the year it works well. Going back another time of year you'll have to wait and see what other discounts you can get, but at least you'll be back at WDW sooner.
