Last year I pressed 0 from my resort phone and was connected right away with someone that told me what the bounce back was and applied it for me.
This year I am at the same resort and called 4 times and each time no one seems to know what to do. They transfer me to the regular reservation line who says I need to speak to the resort.
Anyone have a direct extension to call? There is no postcard in my room but there never has been and I always book bounce backs! I'm staying at Port Orleans Riverside if that helps any?!
