Arrived yesterday first trip using MDE and FP+.

Yesterday was fine, today I'm making changes to our Epcot plans because of the rain. What a pain! Made time changed through the website, shows confirmed but still shows old times on main page. Check on app it says either technical challenges try again, no fastpasses at all or just fast passes for one of us at totally different times! Thinking there must be some major IT issues right now!
 
I've had trouble with the website all morning. For awhile I couldn't log in. Now I can get in, but it doesn't show my reservations or itinerary and many screens say "cannot access right now." I hope they haven't lost anything.

For a company that prides themselves on fantastic customer service, their website sucks. They ought to be ashamed.
 
MDE is all messed up for me this morning. Some reservations don't show at all right now.

Yikes! I just tried logging in and my info is gone. No reservations, FP+, etc...

I would be totally miffed if I was there right now & this happened. Good luck OP!

Just tried to get on MDE, and all I got was Olaf missing his head.

My app has shown different things. I just kept reloading, and it would add things in part. I finally got it to show everything.

Yeah, real changeable on the fly today if you are there. YICK!
 
They must be doing some work on the site this morning/afternoon. I've heard many people are having the same issues, including me...

maybe it's not work to the site maybe the site is getting overloaded due to the rain and everyone that is there wanting to change plans around. Would have hoped they would have put something like that into consideration when they thought of fastpass+

When we were there, the best place to check, make changes, and get things fixed was the Concierge desk in the resort. Their system was always working better than the app and it doesn't rely on having a good connection to the wifi.
 
Am actually relieved to see this thread.

Was on MDE this morning doing online resort check in and, after finishing with that, the site didn't have any of my reservations (resort, dining, FP+) or tickets listed.

I worried that it was something I did while trying to check in online.

probably not -- it's a lot harder than that to actually delete things, and even harder to cancel things eg. you have to call Disney to change or cancel an ADR. Since you're still home, I'd recommend printing out all of your reservation details etc. But it is likely all still there -- it just isn't showing up right now. It should all come back when the system is working properly again but having a paper back-up is a good thing.

I could guess ... but that would be speculation ;) What I do know is that is one desk I would not like to be working at today!
 
The site is still messed up. I called IPO and made a few dining reservations and they are not showing up on MDE. Also, I can't make fp+'s. Guess I need to step away until tomorrow. :confused3

If this is going on, on site, what a pain.
 
All my reservations are back on mde. Took a couple times of refreshing/updating to get everything back. At first not all my fp+ were showing up but now it's good.
 
OP here! So when MDE finally got to work, it turns out we did successfully move our FP+ times at Epcot to later in the day to avoid the rain!

Also we did have FP for both soarin and test track (was able to take advantage of that glitch a couple weeks ago) and both worked no problems!
