Something I came across, is it true???

First there were rumors that it was going to go down for refurb because they were going to remove the astrological signs on the sides of the ride. And now I've been hearing rumors that they were just going to remove the whole ride.

I'm not sure if either are true though. But right now the ride is up and running according to the calendar on Disneyland.com.

Yep! Me either. I'm not sure how true either of those were. It will be interesting to see!

Maybe they'll put it back on top of the old PeopleMover/Rocket Rods loading area where it belongs! It really ruins the entrance to Tomorrowland in my opinion...it detracts from the castle and almost makes the central plaza look too "carnivaly" for my taste. The only reason I ever rode the Astro-Jets/Astro Orbiter at WDW was because of the view!

I heard they were moving it back up to where it used to be.

I kind of wish they do move it back where it was. Sometimes it gets so cramped going through there with that and it's line right smack dab in the middle of the entrance.

This is what I heard, but I find it kind of hard to believe. That is an expensive project!
